The Tracking Number You Provided Doesn’t Work?2021-11-10T16:49:26-08:00

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.

Canada Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?2021-11-10T16:49:26-08:00
If this is the case, it is likely due to one of the following scenarios:
  1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
  2. The postal worker will scan all of their packages to say they were “successfully delivered” and then spends the next 1-2 days delivering them. If you do not receive your package two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will start a trace.

Note: We do not offer refunds on missing packages that Canada Post says have been successfully delivered. This is non-negotiable and applies to all Canadian provinces and territories.

If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at support@mailorder- marijuana.ca. We do not provide traces with Canada Post and will not contact them if your order is lost. All lost packages are dealt with case by case.
